Nicolas Chaval

Nicolas joined PwC Legal and the Brussels Bar in October 2020 and works as a lawyer in the Real Estate department.

Nicolas is mainly involved in the provision of legal services in all fields of real estate law and advises various players in the real estate industry, such as investment companies, developers, institutional funds, public authorities and credit institutions.

Nicolas’ practise focusses on assisting clients with:

• drafting and negotiating various agreements including (i) asset purchase agreements (sale and purchase, long-term lease, building and planting rights), (ii) share purchase agreements and (iii) lease agreements;
• drafting due diligence reports;
• handling real estate related dispute resolution; and
• providing general advice on real estate matters.

Nicolas is a native French speaker who is fluent in English and has a passive knowledge of Dutch.
