Lisa Vandorpe

Lisa is a Managing Associate-Attorney in the PwC Legal Employment Law team. 

She started her career as an Associate with Nelissen Grade Law Firm in 2018, and joined PwC Legal in May 2019. 

She specializes in national and international labour- and social security tax law, and has worked with a full range of large and medium sized companies in different industrial sectors.

Over the years at PwC Legal, she has focused on company restructurings and M&A, and has worked on several local and cross-border transactions. Her experience includes due diligence projects (acting on both buy and sell side), transfer of undertakings, (collective) dismissals, social inspection audits, contract/policy drafting and being in control of employment related risks.

She also advises companies on compensation and benefits, international mobility and daily HR topics related to the employee life cycle. 

Lisa holds a Master in Law (KU Leuven), is a native Dutch speaker, and is fluent in English and French.
