After having obtained her master’s degree at the University of Leuven (KULeuven) and an advanced master’s degree (Globalisation & Law: Corporate and Commercial Law) at the University of Maastricht, Laura joined PwC Legal and the Brussels Bar in October 2016. As a managing associate, she deals with various areas of corporate and commercial law and is currently gaining experience in the fields of restructuring, M&A practice and corporate governance. She assists and gives advice to SMEs, international companies and not-for-profit organisations regarding their incorporation, restructuring and national and international deals.
